2026 Right Coast Spirits Ninja Slushie Machine Giveaway

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are
21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Right Coast Spirits and their
immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Begins June 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends September 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

HOW TO ENTER

Visit rightcoastspirits.com/ninja-slushie-giveaway/ and complete the entry form with your
name, email address, date of birth, and state of residence. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Entries generated by automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost,
incomplete, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries.

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: Ninja Slushie Machine (Approximate Retail Value: $369.99).
No alcohol is included with the prize. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the
Sweepstakes Period.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on or around September 12, 2026.
The potential winner will be notified by email. If a winner cannot be reached within
five (5) business days, declines the prize, or is otherwise deemed ineligible,
an alternate winner may be selected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Right Coast Spirits,
F.X. Matt Brewing Co., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and
promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents
from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may
occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in
the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud,
technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the
Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right
to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating
these Official Rules.
